Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel the order only if it is not shipped. Please contact Acme Publication as soon as possible.

• You will receive the full amount which is paid for the order within 7 days of cancellation.

Return policy

• Acme Publication is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your purchase within 10 days of the ship date‘ - WITH ORlGINAL PACKAGING.

• Send your return request to Email- acmepublicationdelhi@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp 9868335393 with your order number to receive your return authorization.

• In all cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

• We do not accept any returns after 10 days from shipping date.

• If you believe your package was damaged in shipping. We require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

• All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records

Shipping Policy

• Orders will be shipped within three business days.

• Minimum delivery time is 3 business days and maximum delivery time is 7 business days.

• Average  delivery time for orders is 6 business days.
